I keep getting the error message "The process

You have to remember the last action that you did previously. Did you add a shortcut, a contact, or something? Try deleting that shortcut, that contact, or uninstalling the last application that you installed. If this does not work, try a cold boot, removing your battery first. If all doesn't work, try factory reset. But that will wipe all your data.

Doing a Factory Reset should do the trick. Be sure to **back up** your text messages, bookmarks, apps etc before you do this.

The easiest way to solve this is to do a factory reset.
To do one follow these steps:
Slide open keyboard Press Alt and L at the same time you will get a screen with some options listed Press Alt and W at the same time to wipe device to factory reset Once it is finished press home and back key at the same tim Remove the battery Reinsert the battery
This should fix your problem but note that it will wipe all of your apps from the phone and you will have to connected the phone with gmail again.
