Kindle browser works as-is, and does not support many scripts that computers do. unfortunately, you cannot download and install plugins for added functionality for the browser.

Downloading to Kindles from another device can be a bit tricky. I believe Amazon wants people to use the Kindle when making purchases for the Kindle. According to Amazons website you can transfer using via USB using the "Manage your content and devices" application on the kindle.
