Do you have anything in writting regarding the repair or inspection of your watch from the repair person (jeweler) maybe your 350rs was the fee just to look and inspect your watch. If your watch is quartz repairs can be very difficult, most times only a new movement can be the fix. If you have nothing in writting regarding the fee for your watch you may be out your 350 rs.
