What model number is the crib?? you can also contact simplicty for children at simplicityforchildren.com if they give you hassles contact your local BBB as they have given people hassles since they changed their name from simplicity to simplicity for children, they tell people the old company, if they are the ones who made your item is no longer in business and can not help them, but when i reality they are the same company and the BBB gets them to get it for you
