there are no configurable options to enable Java Script on your Samsung Seek (SPH-M350) handset. However, if you're trying to download games or other applications on the phone, you may try to contact your Service provider if they have an available service that can be download on the phone.
I was kind of disappointed to hear this too... Ive got the same phone.
