When i turn on the camcorder and open the flap where you see what you record it is all white and has lines
when i tryed to watch a video of what i recorded it has thick pink lines
I dont know what to do
Please help me

The video ribbon inside the camera is torn it is very common with the camera i have one used it maybe 24 times and the lcd screen went from fuzzy to white with lines in it to blank. very common problem with the camera.
