I presume that you need the city to set your time. This being the case, then you press the mode button to arrive at the city setting and use the 2 or 4 O'clock buttons to change the setting until it reaches "ATH", "CAI" OR "JED".

Then press the mode button to return to the normal setting (you willhave to press it several times)
