To refresh the webpage in Firefox, just hit F5.

If what you are asking is how to clear the cache in Firefox (stored websites, cached images, history, etc.), hit CTRL-SHIFT-DEL, choose "Everything" and click "Clear Now"

The easiest way to refresh the page within Firefox is to press the F5 key. Make sure if you are using any flash games/videos (like youtube) that you click on part of the page that is NOT the video or game or else F5 will not function properly!
