Dipped my Canon 7D in

Question

Dipped my Canon 7D in the water, only a little bit wet. Removed card and big battery and lens and dried it. When I put it all back on there was no life at all. Any ideas

Not sure what "dipped" means. Was it fully immersed? If so, water got into the electrical circuits. If you turned it on while still wet, you probably "fried" them. You should have buried the camera in a bowl of uncooked rice for a week first.
