is there a code by which even the numbers deleted from the call log can be seen in nokia E5. What needs to be done if i do not want the deleted or dialled or incoming number to be seen, even if the above code is inserted.

Download from Nokia Ovi Store the tiny tool "Delete Single Log", this is what you want. It can delete individual call log / sms log entry.

As far as I know, there's no code that will enable the numbers to be recalled or seen. Call your provider, or take the phone into to them, to verify this. They should be able to verify this.
