i've already tried 12345, that 'green+3+*' procedure, nothing works. I think the owner before changed it, not sure. However is there any other tricks that can work?

You can try the default 12345 code if you dont ever change it.

you need programming tool for re-programing your phone.

For the simple solution, please go to your nearest cellphone repair shop. ask them to re-programing your cellphone to it default factory setting.
