I have a problem with my (curtis mpk 2066)
He will not turn on no matter what i do and cannot chargeit either with my usb charger. Normaly i use a grey usb kabel it works everytime but one day i lost it so i had to used my old usb kabel that'"s when the problem starts. My mp3 didnt go on anymore. Very strange!! So can you help solve this problem.

May be your old usb kabel has a problem. ,you have to provide new usb kabel. ,if nothings happen. ,any of this 2 problem the switch or on your mp3 usb connectio.
