To view the Support Pages just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated.
To download your driver just select your computer's operating system from the drop down list and the language prefered and then click SEARCH. Then just click on the title of the BJ PRINTER DRIVER link that appears in the list below. Then just download and install it by following the onscreen instructions.
