2g FLIP HD camera shows an empty camera but available space. The file I show is not showing up in the software or the FLIP video library on my computer. Need the file, need full space. Help!! thanks

Keep in mind that this isnt compatible with MAC; try to reinstalkl the software camera and check USB connetcions are right. Uncheck "hidden" files and folders in properties.
