I have a problem with my creative zen i don't know what the reason of this.? When i was plug to my computer, the creative zen mp3 he did not detecting to my computer or maybe the installer is corrupted.

Hi! I think you should try this (i've already tried it and it works):
1- Unplug your Zen from your Computer.
2-Turn off your Zen (if you can't do it, press the "Reboot" button)
3- BEFORE turning on your Zen, press your "Play" button and hold it while you turn on.
4-When a format menu appears, select the "Format All" option (you'll loose all your Zen data).
5-When the format menu reapears, select the "Reboot" option and listo! You have your Zen as new and should not have problem. Good luck!

idk how to put movies on but put your videos onto your computer then download them onto windows media player in your library and then go to sync and drag them to download and them click start sync

I think it's dead, You might want to do a hard reset on it or wait for the battery to drain. I had a color version of this and it was forever freezing. If removing and then reconnecting the battery does not help then it might have worse issues. If all else fails I can take a shot at repairing it, my e-mail is Zenodilodon@gmail.com
