The phone could have hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

PXE - E63 error while inetializing NIC
Hi,

Try to follow the steps provided in order to resolve PXE-E63 error message.

1. Enter your BIOS and on the last page, reset your configuration to default.
2. Press F-10 to save and try it.
3. Have all external devices disconnected before making these changes.
It looks like the NIC card or Network Boot ROM is trying to load.

And also, if you do not have a A drive or floppy drive installed, disable it in the BIOS as well.
