I have a problem with a wae28162gb/09 three lights flashing on front motor fault, have changed worn carbon brushes but cannot start machine because lights still flashing. is there a way to reset ?

I had F63 on Bosch washing machine (Maxx 7). I waited 5 days for a repairman and all he did was reset the washing machine processor, like this: 1. Turn the program knob to 6 o'clock 2. Hold the RPM button 3. While the RPM button is held, turn the program knob 1 click clockwise (to Rinse) 4. Release the RPM button.
This is similar to F21 which also happened to my machine. Apparently both errors are related to power surge/power cut.

The internal brush can be used to replace brush in similar holder on certain Electrolux, Frigidaire, and Kenmore washers (at least motor # 131276200).

bad news im affraid mackem , depending on what motor your bosch has there is no way to change the carbons without removing the motor .
