HDD password is a security tool which prompt for password during boot.
If you forgot the HDD password then it can be disabled in BIOS settings
Incase you can't go into BIOS settings then you need to reseat Jumpers on HDD inside the Tower(On Motherboard, you ned to open it though"

HDD Master passwords generally disable access to the HDD altogether. I used to be a Toshia technician and if you wanted to get rid of the HDD master Password, you needed to get a new HDD. It is recommended that you take the laptop to your local service repairer for that brand, and they may be able to use a workaround or use a backdoor password, but I wouldn't hold out that hope.
The other option is to get your sister to reset the HDD master password.
