I just ordered two EliteGroup IC780M-A motherboard and a Socket Am-2+ processor and swapped them into two existing ATX cases. The installs went like a breeze, however now nothing happens when I push the Power on buttons. Yes the main power is connected, yes the 3 pin heat fan is connected, and yes the 4 pin and 3 pin fans are connected, ansd yes the ATX12V connectors are connected. I removed one mortherboard to see if there were any grounding problems but that didn't help.
I ripped out the motherboards, put in two new power supplies, two new motherboards, two new AMD Quad processors, two new fans, two sets of old DDR2 memory, and hooked up what I thought were the right cables
the monster power cable (24 pins)
the CPU 12 volt guy
the fan cable
the four plug square one, and
the power on off cable to the front switch, all of course times two.
Now when I try to power on, nothing, no clicks no fans, nothing.
I could send pictures or voltmeter readings if that helps.
