You need to enter in service mode and clear error from there
press additional function once
press 2 and 8 at the same time once
press additional function again
service mode should appear in the screen. if doesn't repeat the procedure above
in service mode:
select Copier
select function
select clear
select ERR
press ok.
turn off from main switch and make some copy tests
