Hi. I have the sharp tu-tv 322h which I bought from someone else. Its been sat in its box for a year unused and so when i switched it on and set it up i could only get one or two channels. The others were just black with the no signal symbol. I rang the top up tv help centre and was talked thro things and my software is 4.24 but the tech guy said its out of date and the current software is 5. (something). Anyway he told me to type in 1397 on help screen go to option 21 and press ok then put machine on standby as it will update the software. That was 24 hours ago and i still have the same problem after retuning channels in. I have also done a factory reset and still same problem. My aerial is fine because I previously had freeview box tuned in and got all channels. My software version is still 4.24, how can I get it updated to the current software? Please help.
