E810 in sc500,sc800,sc810 means low voltage coming.
chaeck power supply-check white resistanceback insaide control box.

Is the Brother VX810 similar to the Brother Model 268? Would a user manual for a VX810 work for my Brother Model 268?
Appears to be the same bae machine with a slight difference in the needle position selector.

My Bernina 810 has seized up. I cant turn the hand wheel. I have looked inside but cant see any obvious problem.after a few days, it worked for about 5 mins. Any ideas?Thanks in advance.
Yep, it has seized due to lack of regular thorough cleaning and oiling.

Wheel on right side that controls the needle up and down is very tight...

How to solve the err 071 of SC 810 control box of Juki
Hi Mohamed
regarding Error E 071 of SC-810 control please check :
1- thread trimmer cam correct adjusted or not.
2- there is a lot of thread into motor pulley or machine pulley.
3- if error E 071 coming immediately when turn power ON means problem inside control box, to confirm that please put working control box on machine , if error remove means problem at control box.

SC-810 ERROR E071
hi there
concern ERROR ( E071 ) means Disconnection o motor output connector.
please check the motor output connector for loose connection and disconnection. otherways means IPM module is defective.
