Can't access the flash drive I/O device error
when i turn on my mp3 play and it says that ther is a flash error please back up the data and format the player
My jet mp3 says there is a fat error and that i need to reformat the sigmatel, so what do i do?

I have the same problem . my MP3 says "flash error please back up data" but when I plug in the player nothing happens and There is nothing from the rca disk that explains how to fix this problem. I am ready to throw it in the rubish.
