Electrolux Front load - the boot seal is wearing due to friction from the drum at approximately 2-3 and 9-10 o'clock. Is there a drum suspension component that is wearing out.

...getting ground up causing piling in the clothes. I'm confident the new wear pattern will eventually catchup however I'm thinking there is shock absorber or suspension component that is wearing out. ...
