Why my car radio still on when the car is turn off

It is wired up so that it is not turned off by the ignition switch. Some cars are wired up this way. Some people put wiring on purpose to have the radio mot go through the ignition.

My car radio is not turn off when the car is turn

This could be an issue with the ignition wiring. Most radios have 2 feeds. A 12v permanent live (often a red cable) and a switched 12v from the ignition (often a yellow cable). If the switched 12v is wired the wrong way round or linked to a permanent 12v then the radio won't switch off when you remove the key. Could be the ignition switch itself stuck on all the time also.
