Do you have a manual for home repairs/maintenance?
If you have a Shimano drivetrain, then go to techdocs.shimano.com/techdocs/index.jsp and you can see their EXCELLENT tuning and adjustment info, or you can go to parktool.com/repair and view all of the general bike repair guides they supply.
Hope this is helpful,

I have a V-Max MPE Fitness Exercise bike at home,
Perhaps you have already looked, but most items that take an AC adapter have a label on them near where the adapter would be connected that specifies the input volt/amp combination that is required. Other than that, you might contact the manufacturer. I would also be unusual if there were not some sort of label somewhere on the bike that does not note the manufacturer and model. = I’m happy to help further over the phone at

Light not working
Your light may be in lock mode, press the power button for several seconds and the button should turn or flash blue. Normal operation should be available. If this doesn't work, you may have a defective unit and will have to return it to NiteRider for warranty.
How to set the combination on a Blackburn ANGOLA COMBO CABLE LOCK
Open the lock using the original combination, which was 0000 for mine. Once open, you will find two tabs on the lock side--on top and bottom of the lock portal. Push in both tabs, and hold them down while you set the new combination. Once it is set, put the post back in to make sure it is still open. Twist the dials to lock it, and then you should be able to unlock using your new combination.
