I haven't seen the exceeded usable memory message on mine, but I am familiar with Pearls not coming back on.
First, perform a reset buy removing the battery for at least 10s. Sometimes mine just shows the plain pearl logo (not the moving one) and then shuts off. Removing the battery for a while and then putting it back in always fixes it so that it shows the plain pearl logo for few seconds then displays the animated logo and starts normally.
If this fix doesn't work for you, then the firmware inside the Pearl is most likely corrupted, and can be easily fixed by running this software from the RCA website and following these steps:
start the program,
remove the battery from the TH1102 & wait at least 10 secs,
hold the play button while plugging into usb,
release the play button the the term "initalizing" replaces "searching",
Yes, installing a new motherboard can fix a TV that has a static (snowy or noisy) picture problem, but it depends on the cause of the issue.
If the static is due to a faulty motherboard component (like the video processing chip, tuner, or signal circuits), replacing the motherboard can resolve it. However, static can also be caused by other issues like:
* Poor antenna or cable signal
* Loose or damaged cables/connectors
* Problems with the power supply or other internal boards
* Faulty display panel or T-con board
Before replacing the motherboard, it's best to troubleshoot these other possibilities. If the motherboard is confirmed faulty, replacing it is a common and effective fix for static problems.
head phone set WHP141 will work with that set of speakers, look on EbayI have a set of the same speakers.... make sure that your transmitter is actually bad, it does not power up with the GREENLIGHT staying ON UNTIL the sound source is hooked up and has enough INCOMING volume to trigger the transmitter on.........

ok this totally stressed me out but I figured it out and my TV is ON!! I purchased a really cheap universal remote at a .99 cent store. Sat in front of the TV and followed the directions on the manual for my new remote, keep in mind there was a red light lit on the TV, when all directions on connecting the remote with the TV were complete I pressed on and the TV turned on. I hope this helps!!!!!

Question oved to RCA Tablet category.
Old question but let's answer it to help others in the future.
They are a budget brand and generally treated as a disposable item when they break, but try these first and another factory reset.
Get your nimble fingers ready-this will take some quick pressing. Press and hold the Power button, then immediately press the Volume-Up button. Release both buttons. You should see a brand new view you've never seen before.
