I have Windows 7 64 bit on my laptop and had Print Shop v15 functioning perfectly, but after a bug was removed I could not reinstall PS v 15 again. What's wrong?
Hi, I feel that the PS v 15 software that you installed has some virus in it. So your antivirus deleted that file which has virus in it. So your software stopped working without that file which has virus. So try to get another PS v 15 software and try to reinstall it. Thank you

Kidpiz was working fine for years then suddenly when i open it try to do anything it closes down.
If you still have the original installation disk, reinstall the program. If that doesn't work, have you upgraded the operating system? Maybe the new system does not work with this program anymore.
