There is no specific wiring diagram for the switch, or for a general wiring schematic. Hopefully someone might reply to your Reddit post. If nothing from that, you will have to ask SMEG direct. It is odd that it has three wires, so it must have one ground and two live function wires, maybe one for the light and one from the lock if it has pyrolytic cleaning. Sometimes wires get memory effect. If you leaving the hanging loosely they will sit in the position that they have been heat-formed into. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
