Check for wore clutch belt and also check to see if your getting water in the clutch housing. If your getting water in the housing, your clutches could be corroded as well. There should be no water getting in that shroud.

SOURCE: Severe vibration in 96 sportsman 500. New belt,

Could be a few things. First I would check your drive belt to see if it's worn, if its good then could be two other things, Drive clutch bushings sticking or Excessive clearance between belt and sheave, you can fix by with a new beltadjust the clearance bychanging the number of shims. Also if your drive belt is less than 1 1/8 inch wide you probably need a new one. Hope this helped.

Secondary clutch is your problem, depending on internal set up, you will find they are seized or worn/jammed, replace and check belt as it would be fairly worn, dont forget to sand the smooth surfaces on front and rear pulley (where belt sits) up and down motion (not circular)

This is a new bike right? So it under warranty, so it would be best to bring it back to the dealer.

SOURCE: Arctic cat belt driven clutch belt very tight with driven end top of clutch and driven tight against axle. Has factory shims in driven. So tight it can hardly turn over. Arctic Cat 600zr. Efi lt

You either have the wrong belt or someone removed the shims from the driven clutch.
