Suitable for use with outdoor appliances. Raintight when mounted vertically with the receptacle facing downward. Use a three-conductor GFCI protected outlet. Do not immerse in water. DO NOT EXCEED RATED CAPACITY. Not for permanent installation. Do not install or use this product for more than a 90-day period per year.

This brand only appears to be sold in South Africa. It is an electronic Timer with Battery. When did you last change the battery? If that doesn't fix it, you can try disconnecting the mains power and remove the battery for 15 minutes. Then replace the battery and reconnect the mains. That will effect a power reset to the electronics.
