Why is my hair falling out in bundels
Oh, I totally get how scary it feels when you see hair coming out in bunches! A little bit of shedding is normal (like 50–100 strands a day), but when it’s falling out in bundles, it could be due to a few things. Stress and lack of sleep are big culprits, and so are hormonal changes (like after pregnancy or even during your period). Sometimes it’s linked to diet too — if your body isn’t getting enough protein, iron, or vitamins, your hair can get weak. Even simple stuff like tying your hair too tight, using harsh shampoos, or over-styling with heat can make it worse. If it’s sudden and really heavy, it might be worth checking with a doctor just to rule out things like thyroid or anemia. In the meantime, eating balanced meals, staying hydrated, gentle scalp massage, and using mild hair products can really help slow it down. Don’t worry, you’re not alone in this — a lot of people go through it, and hair does grow back with the right care.

How often should I have my eyes tested?
Also if you are a diabetic you need your eyes checked every year or sooner, as directed. Ifyour doctor says to see a specialist or have a problem fixed, PLEASE DO SO!!! Waiting to have a problem taken care of can cause bigger and sometimes permanent damage. I hope this helps. Take care.

Nexus 3 walker..how to remove red arm on left side of back right wheel..his shoelaces catch on it
I can see how frustrating (and even risky) it would be to have your shoelaces catching on that red arm near the back wheel of your Nexus 3 walker.
That red piece is probably part of the braking system or a safety stabilizer. It's usually not meant to be removed, since it helps with balance and control.
But if it's getting in the way, here's what I suggest:
- First, take a close look to see if it's loose or bent - it might just need to be repositioned.
- If you still have the user manual, it's worth checking if the part is adjustable (or you can find the manual online by searching for "Nexus 3 rollator manual PDF").
- I wouldn't recommend trying to remove it completely - especially if it's attached with rivets or connected to the brakes. That could make the walker unsafe.
- As a quick fix, you could wrap the part in smooth tape or a bit of foam to stop your laces from catching.
If that doesn't help, it might be best to speak with a mobility equipment repair technician or contact the manufacturer. They'll know how to safely adjust it without compromising the walker's stability.

I need outlet adapter for Dr. Scholl's® Full Cushion Back Massager. what kind do i need?
To power your
Dr. Scholl's Full Cushion Back Massager, you'll need a
12-volt DC power adapter. The original massager usually comes with two power options:
- A wall plug adapter for indoor/home use
- A car adapter for the cigarette lighter socket
If yours is missing or broken, here's what to look for in a replacement:
- Output: 12V DC, around 2 amps
- Plug type: A common round (barrel) connector-usually 5.5mm outer diameter and 2.1mm or 2.5mm inner diameter
- Input: It should accept 100-240V AC, so you can use it safely in most countries including Nigeria, the US, or the UK

Massage machine Osaki 7075R light on but not work, not running
?
If your Osaki 7075R massage chair has the power light on but it's not running, that usually means something inside isn't working properly-even though it's getting power.
Here are a few things you can try:
- Unplug it for about 5 minutes and then plug it back in. This sometimes resets the system.
- Check the remote control-it might not be sending the signal to start, especially if a button is stuck or the screen isn't responding.
- Look for a blown fuse or tripped circuit inside the chair. These can stop the motor from running even if the lights still come on.
- Listen for any soft humming-if you hear that but the chair isn't moving, the motor might be jammed or damaged.
- If nothing helps, it's best to reach out to Osaki support or a technician. It could be a loose wire, motor issue, or something that needs professional repair.
