Can dial in programme but when start is pressed all leds and display go out and it bleeps once. Eng mode gives E41 as last error

E41 means door open or the machine is not able to lock the door (door delay interlock does not close after 15 seconds). Possible causes: door open, door delay interlock, wiring, main PCB. Dado

Has power but stopped worki

Hi, check if the door is closed properly ( has a two step lock on door). The door must be closed firmly all the way. Hope this helps.

it sounds like you may have a problem with the door interlock !
Has your machine displayed any error codes ?

Wont take fabric conditioner clothes dont smell

poor a bottle of bleach in the washer .....run the washer with no clothes...the blead should kill any mols or mildew causing the yucky smells......boil some water and poor it in the fabric conditioner hole, this should loosen anything clogging it...thanks
