if you don't have the utilities and drivers just visit ATI RADEION.com
support than click download then choose your card model number and your OS and provide any other info required like Serial number or so.

What could cause my VIDEO CARD to fail?
Most likely your card failed. Since you have checked out the monitor and it is good, there isn't any alternative. Another way to check, is IF your motherboard has integrated video on the board, remove the card and switch to onboard video; if you get video on the monitor that pretty well finalizes the verdict. You can also make sure that if you have a cooling fan on the card it is still working, the card may be overheating. But if nothing works now that probably is not the problem.

you can connect your video card to your tv by either a dvi to hdmi cable or s-video. There is no need for 2 graphic cards unless you want to connect more then 2 monitors.

Select your op. system (win xp, win 7 etc) and proceed to download the official drivers.
