Check you cables
Check if your printer is on PAUSE (Go to start >> control panel >> Printers ....doble click on your printer ..>> a dialog appears ...go to printer ...uncheck Pause
In the same location, Delete all your pending jobs (Queue)

Then do this......

Turn off your printer
Restart your computer
Turn on your printer

if u can make a copy in color , rest assure ,nothing wrong with the printer .

it s only needs a setting change to be done .

is your pc running on xp r vista ?>

if xp : click start-->run-->type control printers --> your 926 printer should be displayed -->right click on printer icon and choose preferances-->..click on advanced option --more options --see if print color image in black and white is checked ? if so uncheck it

if vista : click start ---the cursor would flash on "start search "...typre printers and press enter key ...then ..your 926 printer should be displayed -->right click on printer icon and choose preferances-->..click on advanced option --more options --see if print color image in black and white is checked ? if so uncheck it

All I did was pull the printer out where I could see the back of it. And then I unplugged those tw plugins and plugged them right back in. And it worked!!!!

Printing too small on my Dell 926
Please check the paper settings of the printer. for example If the paper selected is A3 and the printing matter is on A4 then this problem may occur.
