I have a TC10 that shut down and displayed Error Code H11. I turned off the power and waited +/- 15 minutes and turned it back on. What is Error Code H11? Thank you, Greg

you must be steping on the machine for the generator to allow you to set its functions , keep steping until you have entered in your requirements and weight and workout that you would like to have ,this will allow your programming also to be saved ,also see if you have battery backups on this model ,they can be dead ! , hope this helps thanks glenn

I recommend that you call the factory. They have bad disegned with the hardware, they can exchange the old board by new ones without cost.
