Error code 5 E : Ice Maker Function Error - Ice-ejector and level failed three times or more. May simply be a trapped piece of ice which is not too rare a problem especially if the freezer door is left open too long.The ice pieces will stick to each other. It may dislodge itself or if the problem persists you may have to de-freeze it ( letting the freezer defrost over night.)

I dont provide refrigerator repair service on commercial units, but my first instinct is to say that E7 is an error code message, likely pertaining to a self diagnostic system, but you would also likely need the manual to determine the source of that error.
