Click on "Internet Options". a configuration window you will appear
Click on advanced tab.
Un-check a option named as "use software rendering instead of GPU rendering". it is located under "accelerated graphics".
Method 3 : Disable 3d in "NVIDIA Graphics driver"
Disable "stereoscopic 3D" option into "NVIDIA Graphic driver" application. (If you have Nvidia Graphics Drivers & Software, If you don't have the you can leave that step)
Open Nvidia software from system tray.

Disabling Anti-Spyware
1Open the anti-spyware program on
your computer. Sometimes there is an icon for the software located
either on the desktop or in the toolbar on the lower right-hand corner
of the computer, next to the clock. Double-click to open the software
if it's on your desktop. Right-click on the icon if it's in the

2 Turn off the anti-spyware

Is the software what came with the web cam ? or is it downloaded software. if its an instalation cd then yes disable whilst it installs and then re enable them. all disable does is deactivates the software temp - you have no need to remove or delete.
Most likely the firewall on you security software is causing the problem. If you know how to disable it open your security software and turn off the firewall. After updating the software, turn on the firewall again.
If you are not able to do the above steps. We will have to disable it from MSCONFIG.
Click start – Run – Type “msconfig” – Hit enter Click on the Tab “Startup” on the top, Click “Disable All” button Click on the Tab “Services” on the top, Put a Check on “Hide All Microsoft Service” , Click “Disable All” button Click OK.
Restart the computer and try updating the software now. It should work. Once updated, open msconfig again and select “Normal Startup” to reset it back to the default settings again.
hello jonesyb,i am nichu .i, have a solution for your problem.is it necessary to disable anit virus software before installation because your antivirus software blocks the installation thinking it as a virus.though the software gets installed it might get corrupt.
to disable a antivirus software go to the system tray which is at the bottom right of your screen,right click on the antivirus software icon,then click quit or exit .............problem solved
