One of the harddrive failed in primary server and we changed a drive taking from secondary server which worked for few hours but later system is not booting and showing msg to put the 5 harddrive in correct sequence. If the only drive you changed was the drive that failed and all the others are in the correct sequence, then that's a good thing.
The next question is, did you have this system setup in a RAID Array and if so, what RAID configuration were you using (RAID 0,1,5, etc.)? Some RAID configurations allow you to replace a failed drive and not lose data, but I will need to know more about how you set the system up in order to help you more.
