My screen is black, not due to overheating because it hasn't been in use operated for days, but says there's been a critical crash. HOw can have windows update and fix the problem with no money. ( a dreamer)

The problem is hardware where we buy hardware for free, less than at deity level or a thief. you tell me....

repairs are serial process, as fixing one thing bad ,uncovers the next this is how mans machines work just like that.
