Him that error mean there is temperature error. you need to clear that error from service mode first.

service mode should appear in the screen
select COPIER / FUNCTION / CLEAR / ERR and press OK
disconnect the machine for 5 seconds
turn the machine on and make some copy test

A E000-0320 code is a fixing unit error code. It is either not warming up or it is getting to hot. It is a thermister is shortting out or a thermal fuse or one of the heating lamps are blown.

Solution:
Press "Additional Functions",
Press "#", then press the
"Right Arrow" button till it says, "Printer",
Then press "Set" then
press the "Right Arrow" button again until it says "Printer Reset"
Then
press "Set" again, the display will ask you "Yes" or "No".
Press the
"Left" arrow for "Yes", then press "Set".
Now, unplug the power cord and
wait 5 seconds and plug back in.
If this don't work, get a new fuser.
