tighten the cuff more around the arm or if you have a small arm pull your sleeve down then put cuff on and try it that way see if it helps

i got a wristech jb5538,i don;t have a manuel,can;t find 1 online.i need to know how to switch between kpa and mmhg.

the solution is when the unit is off, press and hold the left (<) button
until you see a kpa or mmhg in the display.
release then press and hold the same (<) button to choose between
kpa and mmhg .
press the start stop button to start measuring.

I also requested a manual from
