Hard disk Problem

Hello,
During the installation time of vista which come along with HP laptop dv6226, i made our partiton. after 4 month at a sudden 2 partiton were removed from my computer. i try to recover with the help of disk management but only one partition is recover. when i try on the other partition it say disk management console is corrupt.

I am also unable to create recovery disk. and when i ask from HP service center they said its paid though i have my laptop under warranty.
