The wireless key is whatever you want it to be, within the charater range A-Z, 0-9, and normally up to 64 charaters long.
You enter your chosen key under the configuartion settings of your wireless router, then enter the exact same key in to the PC which you want to connect wirelessly. Exactly how you do this depends on how your PC is managing it's wireless connections. In the majority of cases, it will be your Operating System (e.g. Windows) which, if your wireless adapter is enabled, will detect your wireless router shortly after boot-up and offer you the option to connect. This is when you enter the same key you set on your router.
Your router handbook should show you how to change its configuartion settings, as would your PC handbook.
If you dont have these, and it all sounds a bit complicated, can you ask an IT savvy friend to help ?
