E2 error
Unfortunately, for whatever reason, Haier does not list the Error Codes and what the problem is, in their Owner's Manuals. To find out what E2 indicates you will have to contact Haier Customer Support
1-877-337-3639. It's very important to have your Model Number handy before you call.

Dehumidifier not turning on showing an e2 code
Lisa, unfortunately, Haier for whatever reason does not list what error codes mean, in their Owners Manual. You will have to contact Haier Customer Support 1-877-337-3639 for that.

In the meantime, turn the ON/OFF Switch to OFF and unplug the unit for 15 minutes. Then, plug the unit back in and turn the ON/OFF Switch to ON. Hopefully, during that 15 minute timeout, the electronics reset and reverted back to the original factory settings. If they did, you can set the controls as you like.

My dehumidifier is showing an E2 code on it. It is a brand new haier, can you help me out with this problem?
E2 Code indicates a Sensor Error automatic shutdown. To find out which sensor it is you will have to call Haier Customer Support 1-877-337-363.

In the meantime, turn the unit OFF & unplug it for 15 minutes. Then plug the unit back in and turn ON. ON. Hopefully the unit reset itself and reverted back to the original factory settings. And you can set te humidity extraction level where you desire. If the error code reappears, definitely contact Haier, as youtr unit is still under warranty.

An E 3 error code comes up and I don't have a manual to determine what the codes mean.
An E3 error code is a Sensor Shutdown Failure. You will need to contact Haier Customer Support for an explanation on which sensor it is and how to solve the problem.
