That means your humidity sensor is failing or has failed.

You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number (without dashes) or by part number (4393808) here.

Hello ... I have a Kenmore Elte model #665.63794300 and it has stopped working. I have unplugged it and also turned the breaker off but neither of those things has stopped the error messages of F3H and F7...

Unplug the unit for 1 minute to clear the ECU.
re-plug, and re-try.

When trying to popcornn the sense goes off and F3H comes on

F3H means you have a failing humidity sensor, but the first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes. Then let us know if the hard reset does not fix it.

There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

If you don't find yours, or if you want to look at it without disassembling the oven, you can usually download it here.

You can usually find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full model number from the tag on the oven here.

Error code F3H on model GH5184XP

F3H is a humidity sensor error.

You may be able to clear the error by unplugging the oven for a couple of minutes. Then plug it back in, reset the clock and try again.

If it still has the error after a reset, please write back so we can give you another suggestion.

We're happy to help you and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Microwave troubleshooting

I found the fix to the F3H error on another site. Just turn the power to the microwave off for ~2 minutes at the circuit breaker, and then turn it back on. Microwave will start working again then.
