I just notice that a code of F31 was flashing in green also on the left side all the function indicators light are green....what could this mean?
I bought this off of craigs list this summer and was told that it was only 4 mos old. However the owner did not have the book at the time. How can I find out if there is a warranty still on the machine?
The F31 error code signifies that the heat sink in your washer got too hot. The motor control unit (MCU) stops the motor and sends the error the the central control unit (CCU) and the CCU resets the MCU. After this happens 4 times the F31 code will show.
It could be an electrical issue in either the MCU or CCU. Many times simply unplugging the unit will fix the problem. Otherwise, service must be called for.
