Hard started when warm. turns over for a long time in a shivering manner and eventually gets over the hill and starts. sometimes it won't start and if left for 20 to 30 minutes it will start first go. car is serviced and new pump in fuel tank. car also loses power while driving occasionaly and if switched off briefly and started again which i've been lucky enough with so far the power returns.any help would be greatly appreciated. car is 02 1.9 tdi with pd vw engine
