When i try to print i get an error that says load letter then displays error code 024-964.
I have tried loading the upper tray, replacing the paper in the lower tray, reshuffling the paper in the lower tray, releasing the pressure plate and the back of the lower tray, powering off and on, canceling and resend a different job. All with no luck.

The user had changed the paper size for the tray she was using, changing back to "letter" resolved.
