Computer have no audio ,tried to down load audio drivers but got message saying no media device. formatted system still no audio mute light on touchpad stys on

Try unmuting from the sound o audio settings.

Check in the device manager if you have the audio devics installed properly or not.

If they are not installed yo will have some bangs on the them like ?, !, or X mark.

You can download the drivers by this method :

This is the best way to download the drivers of all your devices which are connected to the system for free.

But you have to be patient.

First, i want you to download a ree program called "Orbit download manager" from the link below,

And then you can download a program called "Driver genius" from link

http://www.qwerks.com/download/6776/drvgenpro.exe

it is a trial program for 15 days

dont worry we only need it for 5 minutes

Install & run the program & in the windows click on the update the drivers

It will check & it will give the window with the drives that needs to be updated & it will not update a it is a trial one.

So you just right click on the driver name, you will get a message called 'copy url address 1' copy that & open the orbit downloader & click on the create new download & paste the link the drivers will be downloaded for free.

Some sites give these drivers only for the money & we cannot be able to find them from the free sites, so i think this would be a nice trick.
